What do I need to attend a web seminar?
All you need is a telephone and a connection to the Internet. You call into a toll-free number and log in to a web site. It is really as simple as it sounds.

How will I see the presentation?
You will see the presentation in your web browser. We will show you power point slides and live web pages. All you have to do is watch the presentation and participate as an attendee.

How do I participate as an attendee?
The audio and web conference environment allows you to ask questions over the phone or by typing in questions or remarks from the web conference environment.

We will also take some polls during the event which you will simply fill out by clicking the answer on the screen. We will show these results to everyone as they are collected. We will also ask you to respond to questions in text. We will let people know what responses people provided to our questions.

Will we see the presenters?
You will see pictures of the presenters at different times during the event.

Will there be reference materials?
Yes, you will receive reference materials that we will post for you to download.

Can we download the presentation?
Yes. You will be able to download the presentation and print it out before the event occurs. This material will be made available just before the time of the event. We will also send you an archive copy of the seminar, which you can view after the event occurs.
